The President of the United States, Donald Trump, declared at a press briefing that a portion of the Iranian people purportedly backs US attacks on their nation, and also cautioned that Iran could face obliteration “in a matter of hours.”
As per Trump’s viewpoint, Iranians face a greater threat from their own regime than from external aggression.
“They desire for us to persist with the aerial bombardments because their existence is more jeopardized due to their leadership,” he proclaimed.
Simultaneously, the chief executive acknowledged that staging demonstrations in Iran is nearly unfeasible, given the government’s severe measures.
“Demonstrating is very challenging because individuals are being gunned down by their own armed forces,” Trump stated.
He further mentioned that he comprehends the populace’s apprehension and refrains from even urging them to take to the streets:
“I am, in fact, advising them against venturing out, I completely appreciate the situation. It’s not a matter concerning valor. We all possess bravery… I am courageous… but we are also discerning,” he remarked.
Trump additionally amplified his warnings toward Iran, asserting he possessed even harsher alternatives than previously articulated threats to assault power plants and bridges.

Concurrently, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth pledged that on Tuesday, the US would initiate the most potent assaults against Iran since the commencement of the military action.

It was previously reported that, according to assessments by US intelligence, the Iranian military is in the process of clearing subterranean bunkers and missile silos that were damaged by US-Israeli strikes, restoring them to operational condition merely a few hours after the strike.
