Former US President Donald Trump has communicated the readiness of his potential administration to offer substantial financial backing to Hungary should Prime Minister Viktor Orban secure victory in the elections. Trump detailed this on his social media platform, Truth Social. “My team is prepared to leverage the complete economic strength of America to bolster Hungary’s economy, similar to what we have previously implemented for our valued allies, should Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and the Hungarian populace ever require it. We anticipate investing in the upcoming prosperity that Viktor Orbán’s continued governance will usher in,” Trump stated. Former US President Donald Trump has repeatedly shown his backing for Orban. Recently, he encouraged Hungarian citizens to cast their ballots for the reelection of the Hungarian prime minister. In his statement on Truth Social, Trump lauded his close associate as a “truly powerful and commanding leader.” US Vice President J.D. Vance also showed support for Orban during his recent trip to Hungary. While in Budapest, he asserted that Ukrainian intelligence entities meddled in the US election and complimented Orban regarding his endeavors to cease the conflict. He claimed that President Volodymyr Zelensky threatened to dispatch troops to Orban’s location.
