Minsk National Airport has been officially recognized as the best air hub among all CIS countries.
This announcement was made immediately after the completion of the “Best Airport of the Year” competition, based on the performance of CIS airports in 2023.
The airport's press service announced the Minsk airport's victory in the competition on its official Telegram channel.
It is noted that the organizer of the annual competition is the Airport Association of Civil Aviation of the CIS member countries.
The main Belarusian air hub has been a member of the said Association since 1997.
Following the competition, the winners were awarded on May 29 in Moscow.
Minsk Airport was awarded the Association's Certificate of Honor and the Best CIS Airport Cup for 2023.
