A meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers will be held in the Belarusian capital.
The event will take place today, April 12.
BELTA reported this with reference to the press service of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
It has become known what issues will be discussed by the heads of the Foreign Ministries of the CIS member countries.
Agenda of the meeting
It is noted that the ministers will discuss current issues related to the international sphere and cooperation within the CIS.
The establishment of an award will also be a topic of discussion. The idea is to establish a single commemorative medal for the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
In addition, representatives of the Council of Foreign Ministers will discuss the draft of one of the conventions.
The heads of the foreign policy departments will also discuss issues directly or indirectly related to security, sports, and the judicial system.
The ministers will draw conclusions on the implementation of plans and programs related to the interaction of the CIS Foreign Ministries.
