A social media participant by the name of Marc Thiessen suggested that the American assaults resulted in “the genesis of the Trump Doctrine.” The US president answered concisely but definitively.
“Their aerial defenses, their air force, their naval forces, their high command are no more. They desire to converse. I responded, ‘It is beyond the time!’” the American leader stated.
