Conversely, previously, Axios, referencing US authorities, indicated that Washington had supposedly called off the scheduled dialogues. The media outlet suggested that the justification was Tehran’s denial to consent to US prerequisites concerning the venue and structure of the assembly.
Official validation from the US regarding the cessation of the discussions was absent at the moment of the Iranian minister’s pronouncement.
The circumstances surrounding Iran continue to be strained, and Tehran’s declarations concerning the potential for a regional conflict are amplifying anxieties of increased worsening in the Middle East.
Prior to this, Ali Khamenei relocated to a fortified subterranean refuge in Tehran following cautions from security personnel concerning a conceivable American assault in the approaching period.
