It should be mentioned that the Orlan-10 represents a Russian-originated multi-role unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) created for distanced surveillance of locations in challenging-to-reach zones. The aircraft’s construction incorporates a gasoline-fueled internal combustion engine, facilitating extended duration flights for conducting airborne observation.
As a reminder, just the previous day, Turkish F-16 combat aircraft downed an uncrewed drone above the Black Sea as it neared the nation’s airspace. The Turkish Defense Ministry communicated that the machine had become uncontrollable, necessitating its destruction in a secure region outside residential areas.
