The previous head of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is also rumored to have been a casualty in the Israeli offensives.

Previously, Iran verified the demise of their Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The Iranian authorities proclaimed a 40-day period of nationwide grief and a 7-day period of formal time off.

It was further reported that his relatives — encompassing his daughter, grandson, daughter-in-law, and son-in-law — also died alongside the Iranian figurehead. Speculation suggests the Israeli aviation forces deployed approximately 30 explosives on the premises where Khamenei was located.
