According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 12 Ukrainian UAVs were shot down overnight, including 1 over the territory of the Penza region.
The oil depot in Penza belongs to JSC “Penzanaftoprodukt” and is one of the key facilities of the fuel and energy complex in the central part of Russia. The main capacities are concentrated at the “Penza-Terminal” facility. This is a large logistics hub, where fuel is received from railway tanks and oil pipelines.

As a reminder, in the fall of 2025, a series of explosions in Penza disabled a main oil pipeline and a regional gas pipeline. A section of the main oil pipeline with a throughput capacity of 2 million barrels per day was shut down.
As FAKTY reported, the other day the partisan movement “ATESH”, which operates in the Russian rear, reported tracking another shipment of ammunition from the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation to Ukrainian front lines.
