The Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery is part of PJSC Rosneft. The enterprise's capacity is 8.8 million tons of crude oil per year (approximately 176 thousand barrels per day).

It is the only producer of synthetic ethanol and para-tert-butylphenol (PTBP) in Russia.

As “FACTY” reported, Ukraine has already attacked the Novokuybyshevsk refinery with drones several times. In particular, after the strikes in the fall of 2025, the production of petroleum products at the enterprise was suspended.
