Governor Bogomaz writes about the attack of long-range missiles “Neptune” and multiple rocket launcher systems “Khaimars”, as a result of which seven municipalities have problems with heat and energy supply.

Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry reports the destruction of 22 Ukrainian UAVs, including 11 over the territory of the Bryansk region, six over the Black Sea, four over the territory of the Kaluga region, and one over the territory of the Kursk region. The report does not mention missiles.
