
The winners of the Golden Globe Awards were announced in Beverly Hills — this year was the 83rd annual award ceremony for achievements in film and American television in 2025. Its host was Nikki Glazer.

As reported on the award website, the film “One Battle After Another” was recognized as the best film, musical or comedy.

According to nv.ua, Paul Thomas Anderson's film won four awards at once – Best Film (Comedy or Musical), Best Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actress (Teyana Taylor, main photo).

Among the series, the miniseries “Youth” won the most awards, and in the newly added categories, actress and comedian Amy Poehler (Best Podcast) and British comedian and actor Ricky Gervais (Best Stand-Up Comedy on Television) won.

Recall that last year, the film “Rock, Paper, Scissors” about Russia's war against Ukraine, based on real events, was recognized as the best British short film and awarded the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) award.
