Meghan Markle appears to have ignored King Charles' anger over her recent visit to Jordan with her partner, Prince Harry. Not only did the Duchess of Sussex impress everyone with her elegant look in Amman, she also made a very smart move just hours after wrapping up her royal trip to Jordan. Harry and Meghan appeared at the NAACP Image Awards Creative Honors in Los Angeles, reports Daily Jang.
VIDEO OF THE DAY
Their appearance at the ceremony was via video, meaning Meghan attended the glittering gala virtually via a pre-recorded video.
It shows His Majesty's youngest son and daughter-in-law standing side by side at their Montecito mansion. The former actress is wearing a white turtleneck sweater, her long dark hair flowing freely. Harry is dressed in a white shirt and dark jacket.
In the video, they announced the NAACP-Archewell Digital Civil Rights Award, which recognizes leaders at the intersection of technology and social justice. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are known for raising the issue of social media owners’ liability for child suicides. Under pressure from this activity, the UK government recently introduced a much-needed law for parents who have experienced the death of a child.
