In the Krasnodar Territory of Russia, the port of Tuapse was again attacked – the pier and the local oil refinery were damaged.
According to ASTRA, the Tuapse Oil Refinery, operated by RN-Tuapse Refinery LLC, was under attack. The enterprise is the only production complex with a marine terminal of the oil product supply enterprise of PJSC Rosneft, RN-Tuapse Marine Terminal LLC. It is part of the Rosneft oil company.

A video shot by eyewitnesses was posted online. The channel's reporters note that the footage was shot about a kilometer from the burning factory.

According to some reports, technological equipment at the refinery was damaged – the AVT-12 unit. This is a key unit for primary oil processing. The unit's capacity is about 12 million tons per year.
This is far from the first attack on the region – significant damage to port infrastructure, an oil terminal, and a tanker in the port of Tuapse were previously reported in the fall of this year.
