Belarusians planning a vacation in Egypt should be aware that beaches there are closed.
The reason is the shark invasion, reports a correspondent for the online publication Belnovosti.
Moreover, these are sharks that have a habit of attacking people.
Russian citizens currently vacationing in Egypt have warned everyone about this.
In particular, they spotted the marine predators off the coast of the popular resorts of Hurghada and Makadi, writes Lenta.ru.
For this reason, within just a few days, local authorities closed beaches with five-star hotels.
Mentioned in particular are Labranda Royal Makadi, Cleopatra Luxury Beach, Stella Makadi.
In general, the sea is now inaccessible to guests of ten hotels.
According to the latest information, the ban on recreation has already been lifted in some coastal areas.
However, tour operators warn that off the coast of Egypt there is a high risk of encountering bull sharks or tiger sharks.
Such sharks pose a mortal danger to humans.
Unfortunately, there have been several incidents of these fish attacking people in the past.
