In Egypt, a bus collided with a truck.
As reported by a correspondent for the online publication Belnovosti, 39 people were injured as a result of this accident.
More than half of them – 27 people – are Russian citizens, BELTA reports, citing the local newspaper Al Masry Al Youm.

Unfortunately, two of the injured, including the bus driver, died.
The second victim was a Russian woman. This information was confirmed by the Russian Consulate General in Hurghada.
According to the publication, in addition to Russians, the bus was carrying tourists from Lithuania and Finland, as well as local residents – Egyptians.
Several ambulances immediately arrived at the scene of the accident, and all victims are now receiving the necessary medical care.
It is known that a group of tourists were traveling on an excursion from the resort of Hurghada to the capital Cairo to see ancient monuments and pyramids.
An official investigation has already been launched into the deaths and injuries of foreign tourists and Egyptians to determine the full causes of the tragedy.
