The teams that will take part in the final match of the African Cup of Nations have been determined.
Teams from Côte d'Ivoire and Nigeria will compete for the trophy.
Incidentally, the tournament is taking place in the homeland of the Ivorians, and therefore the “elephants” will be provided with full support.

In the semi-finals, the hosts defeated the DR Congo team with a minimal score of 1:0.
The only goal in this confrontation, which ended on the night of February 8 (Belarusian time), was scored by Sebastien Haller in the 65th minute.
However, before this, the referees did not count the Congolese goal, considering that a violation was committed at the moment of the shot on goal (a kick to the goalkeeper’s hands).
It is worth noting that Côte d'Ivoire has previously won the African Cup of Nations twice – in 1992 and 2015.
The second finalist, Nigeria, only beat South Africa in a penalty shootout in their semi-final.
The score after regular and extra time was 1:1. After the penalty shootout, the score was 4:2 in favor of the Nigerians.
Thus, on February 11, the teams of Côte d'Ivoire and Nigeria will play in the main match of the tournament.
Earlier in the English Football Championship, Manchester City played away against Brentford.
