British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's approval rating has reached an all-time low. According to an Ipsos poll, only 13% of the population approve of the work of the head of the British government, while 79% remain dissatisfied, writes Sky News.

Starmer's net approval rating is thus -66%. The previous record was held by Rishi Sunak, who had a -59% approval rating in April 2024.

Starmer's Labour Party's ratings have also dropped: 22% of Britons are ready to vote for it. At the same time, 34% are ready to vote for Nigel Farage's Reform UK.

The Survation poll also says 53% of Labour Party members want a new leader to replace Starmer by the time of the next election. Only 31% want him to stay in office until then.

“The results expose the scale of the challenge facing the Prime Minister as he heads to Liverpool for the Labour Party conference,” the journalists point out.

The UK House of Commons seat forecast gives Reform UK 311 seats, Labour 144 seats, Liberal Democrats 78 seats, Conservative Party 45 seats, Scottish National Party 37 seats, Greens seven seats. Plaid will get six seats, and left-wing contenders three seats. One poll has suggested that Farage could become the next British Prime Minister.

As a reminder, British populist Farage has said that Ukraine should join NATO. He also said that Donald Trump is giving Vladimir Putin “too much” in peace negotiations.
