Portugal among EU countries with the largest drop in greenhouse gas emissions. Portugal has reduced emissions by 35% since 2005, ahead of all other EU countries, according to figures from the Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation database, Pordata, in collaboration with the Portuguese Environment Agency.
