Health officials in the Gaza Strip said Israeli strikes have killed at least 34 Palestinians, a day after Israel eased aid restrictions amid a worsening humanitarian crisis.
On Sunday, Israel announced a suspension of military operations in some areas for 10 hours daily to improve the flow of humanitarian aid.
In addition to the measures taken, military operations continued.
Israel has not yet commented on the latest strikes, which occurred outside the announced pause time of 10:00 to 20:00.

Aid groups welcomed the new measures but said they were not enough. Images of malnourished children sparked outrage around the world. Much of Gaza’s population now relies on humanitarian aid, and access to food has become increasingly precarious.
Fourteen Palestinians have died in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours from causes related to malnutrition, the territory’s Health Ministry said on Monday.
The ministry said in a statement that two of them were children, bringing the total number of child deaths from malnutrition-related causes in the Gaza Strip to 88 since the war began on October 7, 2023.
The ministry said that since the beginning of July, when the adult death count began, 59 adult Palestinians have died in the Gaza Strip from causes related to malnutrition.
