Poland will prohibit entry to Andriy Gavryliv, a Ukrainian blogger, after he steered his vehicle to Morskie Oko, a mountain lake under preservation, as stated by Polish Interior Minister Marcin Kerwiński.
“The individual who trespassed at Morskie Oko will face consequences. For disrupting public order, and at the behest of the police, he will be placed on a list of unwelcome individuals, barring him from Polish territory for five years. Any violation of the law will always be met with a firm response,” the minister declared.

The preceding day, the blogger disclosed that Polish authorities had issued him a PLN 100 fine for navigating his Chevrolet Corvette into a protected zone within the Tatra Mountains. He mentioned his failure to observe the “No Entry” sign.
“Upon my arrival at Morskie Oko, the local populace were shocked and stated that in their tenure there, nobody had ever driven up by car. I reasoned: now that we’re here, we ought to take a picture. We quickly snapped a photo and descended,” the blogger recounted.
Following the public disclosure of the event, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk reacted. He implored the Ministry of Internal Affairs to ascertain all the specifics of the occurrence and implement stringent actions against the driver.
Lake Morskie Oko, situated in the Tatra National Park, enjoys comprehensive and stringent protection. Access to the lake by automobile is forbidden. If traveling by car, one must leave it at the designated parking area.
