Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who wants to end the war by the end of 2026, has ordered preparations for a new strike on Ukraine.
Putin gave this order after he was informed about a hit on a college dormitory in the occupied city of Starobilsk in the Luhansk region.

Putin instructed the Russian Defense Ministry to prepare “proposals” regarding the response to the strike on Starobilsk, and said “we cannot limit ourselves to statements alone.”
The Russian dictator also appealed to the Ukrainian military “not to participate in the crimes of the Kyiv regime and not to follow orders.”
According to him, Kyiv needs “crimes” to distract attention, provoke a reaction in Russia, and then “blame” everything on Moscow.
