
On the night of May 1, drones again attacked oil infrastructure in the Russian city of Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai, according to the operational headquarters of the Russian region.

There, after two in the morning, they announced that a fire had broken out on the territory of the sea terminal as a result of the attack.
In total, at least 128 people and 41 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire, including from the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

This is the fourth attack on oil infrastructure in Tuapse in the last two weeks.
It should be noted that the previous three strikes by Ukrainian drones caused large-scale fires, including at a local oil refinery, which took several days to extinguish.

As Bloomberg reports, the consequences of Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries have led to a reduction in the average volume of Russian oil refining to the level of 2009. The average level of oil refining has decreased to 4.69 million barrels per day.
This is the lowest figure since December 2009.
As “FACTS” wrote, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a powerful strike on Tuapse on April 28. It completely destroyed four more large tanks for storing petroleum products at the Tuapse Refinery.
Also, the other day in Perm, Russia, the infrastructure of one of the largest refineries in the Russian Federation, Lukoil-Permnaftoorgsintez, was hit.
