VIDEO OF THE DAY
During the conversation between Trump and Putin, the war in Ukraine was discussed, as well as the Russian proposal to declare a “truce” on May 9, when the Russian Federation plans to hold a limited parade for Victory Day. The presidents also discussed the situation in the Middle East – Putin again offered his mediation in negotiations with Iran.
One of the media representatives asked Trump about his opinion on which of the two wars has a chance of ending faster — in the Middle East or in Ukraine? We will remind you that after the publication of information about the talks between Putin and Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that he had instructed to learn more about Moscow's proposal – whether the Kremlin is only seeking a pause in hostilities for the parade, or something more.
