According to royal experts, this could be an extremely difficult time for William and Kate.
“When he starts his secondary education in September, this new stage could well give William and Kate their first glimpse of what an empty nest could be like in the coming years,” expert Robert Jobson told reporters. “It’s a great opportunity for George to spread his wings and take part in things he couldn’t do while living with his parents. Both William and Kate know what that feels like.”
According to the expert, William and Kate also once lived in a boarding house, so they know how it works.

“William used to visit the late Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh in Windsor when he was at Eton, but that has to be arranged. You can't just go home whenever you want. It won't be easy for them – they're such a close-knit family,” Jobson added.
Kate Middleton previously talked about how movies help her explain complex things to her children.
