Remembering his beloved grandmother: Prince Harry secretly joined an important royal family event

The royal family gathered at Buckingham Palace to mark the historic milestone together, showing unity in a time of crisis. King Charles and Queen Camilla were joined by Prince William, Princess Kate and all other senior members of the family. They attended a reception in honor of the 100th birthday of Queen Elizabeth, whose biography is already being written by a person close to the monarch, Geo.tv reports.

However, in a surprise twist, Prince Harry also joined in on the important celebration, remembering his beloved late grandmother.

Although the Duke of Sussex remained in Montecito, he sent flowers to St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, which is the Queen's final resting place.

Elizabeth II was buried in September 2022 at the King George VI Memorial Chapel alongside her parents, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, as well as the Queen Mother, her husband, Prince Philip, and her sister, Princess Margaret.

The news came after King Charles's office shared highlights from the reception, where they welcomed “representatives of the late Queen's charities and patrons, as well as some very special centenarians celebrating their 100th birthdays.”

While there have been talks of a possible reconciliation between King Charles and his youngest son, the situation appears to have reached an impasse, given the turbulent times the royal family has recently faced. According to royal sources, there are ongoing debates and discussions within the palace on the matter, although a final decision has yet to be made.
