“Good Drones” once again visited the Samara region of the Russian Federation, where the Novokuybyshev Oil Refinery is located – one of the main producers of the highest grade fuel for jet engines, which had previously been a target for Ukrainian strike UAVs.
VIDEO OF THE DAY
A video is being posted online, clearly showing a fire in an industrial area and a thick column of black smoke.
The Exilenova+ channel's reporters, who analyzed photos and videos posted by local residents, do not rule out that the fire broke out at the ELOU-AVT-6 (AVT-11) facility.

This is an industrial plant designed for primary oil processing. It combines electro-desalination (EDS) and atmospheric-vacuum tube (AVT). The figure indicates the processing capacity in millions of tons of oil per year.

This is probably not the only source of the fire.
Recall that the other day, Ukrainian strike drones flew to Bashkortostan and attacked the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant, which produces an additive to aviation fuel and lubricants for military equipment. The Sintez-Kauchuk plant is located more than 1,000 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
