According to Blanard, the position on blocking does not apply to the loan for Ukraine.
Recall that a loan worth 90 billion euros for Kyiv was blocked by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that he wanted to take his place in blocking the loan.
As reported by “FACTY”, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Druzhba oil pipeline could resume operations by the end of April this year.
