Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that this nation will encounter severe duties on all commodities vended to the United States.
Trump threatens country that supplies weapons to Iran
On April 8, US President Donald Trump posted on X that any country providing Iran with instruments of war will be immediately subjected to a 50% tariff. This tariff will be applicable to all goods transported to the US, with no exceptions.
Incidentally, within his post, Donald Trump did not identify the specific country he was alluding to .

Trump further stated that there will be no further waivers or allowances.
Russia is secretly helping Iran in its war against the US
The country implied in Trump's communication could easily be Russia, as it persists in surreptitiously supporting Iran in its conflict against the U.S. Notably, Russia continues to furnish armaments, exchange intelligence , and disseminate satellite imagery with Iran.
Financial Times reporters divulged that prominent Russian and Iranian functionaries have commenced clandestine discussions regarding the provision of drones. The particular varieties of drones under consideration have not yet been determined.
Processing of requests for drone delivery commenced immediately following the Israeli and US bombardments of Tehran, in early March.
