“Losses are reaching tens of thousands every week, the situation is the worst since World War II,” he said.
The American president added that 28,000 soldiers had died in just one week, and 32,000 the week before. However, these figures were announced without specifying which side was involved.
Trump recalled that he has already “settled eight wars” and believes that this war could have been ended more easily.

“A serious obstacle is the extreme hatred between Putin and Zelensky. Hatred is bad when you are trying to resolve a war,” he believes.
We should add that a few days ago, Donald Trump stated that the war in Ukraine has no direct impact on the United States, since the country is located thousands of kilometers away, but added that he continues to consider options for ending it and expressed condolences for the significant number of victims.
At the time, he also said that there was now a certain lull, which gave the US a chance to help stop the fighting.

Let us recall that the other day the US president once again made a statement about the “closeness of concluding a peace agreement,” and Zelensky denied progress in the negotiations.
At the same time, experts claim that Putin was ready to stop the war, but Trump ruined everything.
