While China is sponsoring Russian aggression, the country's Foreign Minister Wang Yi called for an immediate end to hostilities between Israel, the United States and Iran. During his annual press conference in Beijing, he said that this conflict should not have happened because it benefits no one. He also presented five points that, in his opinion, should bring the United States, Israel and Iran closer to stopping the escalation of aggression, the RMF 24 website reports.

“The history of the Middle East has repeatedly shown the world that military force is not a solution, and weapons only breed new hatred. We call for an immediate cessation of military operations to prevent further escalation and the spread of the flames of war,” said Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
In particular, Beijing demands respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries in the region. Wang Yi also spoke out against the abuse of force, emphasizing that civilians cannot be victims of war, and the world cannot return to the “law of the jungle.” Beijing also categorically rejects attempts to overthrow governments or incite “color revolutions,” believing that the fate of the region should be determined by its people.
The fourth point is a call for a political solution and a return to the negotiating table. In the fifth point, the Chinese diplomat appealed to world powers to return to the “path of justice” and take responsibility for peace, instead of seeking dominance.

Wang assured that China, as a strategic partner of Middle Eastern countries, is ready to cooperate in restoring order in the region within the framework of the Global Security Initiative.
China's foreign minister also commented on US President Donald Trump's planned visit to China at the end of March. He warned that the lack of dialogue between states risks global conflict.
