The Ukrainian contingent has already reached Abu Dhabi (UAE), marking the start of a fresh series of dialogues among Ukraine, the United States, and Russia, aimed at concluding the conflict. Leading the delegation is Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
The group comprises the head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Budanov, alongside his primary deputy, Serhiy Kyslytsia, People’s Deputy David Arakhamia, the Head of the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Andriy Hnatov, as well as Oleksandr Bevz, an advisor to the President’s Office.
