A Nigerian footballer missing in Belarus has been found in Poland.

The search for the Nigerian footballer who went missing in Brest has been stopped.

The athlete was detained in Terespol, Poland.

The Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Telegram channel “Wanted by the Police” reported this on May 18.

As a reminder, 20-year-old Nigerian footballer Zadi Chukwu Emmanuel went missing in Brest on May 7.

Yesterday, the athlete was put on the wanted list: a representative of the football team filed a missing persons report with the police.

According to him, after the training camp the footballer did not return to the hotel.

It was also reported that the Nigerian could travel to Minsk.

Today, Belarusian police reported that the footballer had been found and was in Poland.

Law enforcement officials have information that the young man was detained in the Polish city of Terespol, according to a message on the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Telegram channel.
