Meghan Markle, 44, and Prince Harry, 41, are parents to Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4. In November 2023, Meghan moderated a Q&A session following a special screening of the Netflix film “After” featuring the short film’s star David Oyelowo and director Misan Harriman, who is a close friend of hers and Harry’s.

“We hope to have them for quite some time. A tradition has to have a beginning,” she said, according to People.
Harriman is a renowned photographer who is credited with creating Princess Lilibet's first birthday portrait, and the Duchess of Sussex has spoken about his creative influence on Prince Archie.
“The inspiration is profound,” Meghan said at the event, held at the private residence in Montecito, California, where she and Prince Harry live with their children. “Our 4-year-old son said, ‘No, I’m not 4. I’m 4 and a half.’ Misan was showing him how to take pictures the last time he was here, and I bought Archie a camera, and he said, ‘But it’s not a Leica like Misan’s.’ I said, ‘You’re not getting a Leica! Not even for Christmas.’ So thank you for all the inspiration.”

The Duchess of Sussex shared many memories of her family's holiday festivities in the Netflix special “With Love, Meghan,” which premiered on Netflix on December 3.
The special aired after the first and second seasons of “With Love, Meghan” and showed the Duchess of Sussex cooking, crafting, and getting creative with new and old friends in the spirit of the holiday.
One of her tasks was to create reusable advent calendars for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, with their names and lots of pockets for small treats.
