Military sappers from the Commonwealth of Independent States are gathering in Belarus.
The press service of the Republic's Ministry of Defense reported this on its official Telegram channel.
According to information released by the department, an important event will be held from June 16 to 21 at the Armed Forces' mine action center.
At the specified time, a joint gathering of units of engineering troops of the Armed Forces of the CIS countries is expected.
During the training camp, it is planned to conduct a comprehensive tactical and special training session.
The Ministry of Defense explained that it is dedicated to the procedure for performing tasks by the joint engineering unit for humanitarian demining of the Armed Forces of the CIS countries.
